What started as a bathroom remodel, turned into a full-on facelift of his entire condo. This was the first of three projects my client and I worked together on.
I added interest to the dull grey walls, by applying photo-realistic brick wallpaper to the living room from Astek.com. (see below, before photo) Keeping the granite countertops and making them work by adding Ann's sacks tile for the backsplash.
New pendant lighting and new cabinet fronts give this kitchen a totally fresh design. The oak floors were refined with a warm grey stain. We needed to keep the office closed off from the hall so I went shopping and found antique doors from India. I had them cut, stained, and made into bi-fold doors.
My client loves grey, warm tones, textures, and is inspired by his travels.
Sofa and chairs from Room and board, a rug from Restoration Hardware. DWR glass table.

Cabinets by The Wood Idea.
"Home isn't a place it is a feeling".
I added brick wallpaper texture and interest. What a difference a few ceiling lights make. What I really love to shop for without my clients are vintage finds.
Jason Home is a great source for one-of-a-kind vintage pieces.

Colors are taken from nature work nicely when choosing a cabinets stain. These cabinets were refaced in a warm brown stain veneer.
Before photo of the bathroom. I divided the bathroom in two with a glass door from the Sliding glass door company.
