Hamptons Maximalist

This custom home, built from the ground up on the peninsula in Marina del Rey, is anything but ordinary. The homeowner, a Southern California native, embraces a Hamptons-inspired
maximalist style where bold color, layered patterns, and fearless design choices take center stage.

Every room is designed to spark joy the moment you step inside. Prints are layered on prints on prints, colors are vibrant and unapologetic, and there’s no interest in anything predictable or cookie-cutter.

A favorite moment in the home is the playful garden-inspired
wallpaper, sourced from Etsy, which adds a sense of whimsy and surprise while perfectly capturing the client’s lighthearted approach to design.

Every piece in the home is one of a kind, thoughtfully collected from antique shops across the country. The result is a richly layered interior that feels curated over time, playful, and unmistakably authentic to who he is!
