Phase 1 and 2
We will create the construction documents, starting with measuring for As-builts, designing the new proposed plans, working with our structural and civil engineer, if needed, and submitting a complete set of construction documents to the city permit.
After construction documents are completed, we will create a budget breakdown indicating anticipated fixtures, finishes, and equipment costs. You will have an outlined design and construction schedule for all designed interior elements, space planning, RCP/electrical drawings, cabinet design, selecting plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and all finishes.
